Todd A. Sorensen, PA-C
Mr. Sorensen was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska and graduated from Lincoln Southeast High School.
He earned a Bachelor of Business degree from the University of Nebraska.
He worked as a physical therapy aide at Snyder Physical Therapy for two years and found that healthcare was his calling.
He attended Midwestern University in Downers Grove, Illinois and earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies degree. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Todd returned to Lincoln and began a 22-year career in neurosurgery, providing care and assisting in surgery for patients with brain and spinal tumors, neck and spinal disc disease, traumatic injuries, and deep brain stimulator implantation for Parkinson’s Disease and essential tremor. He is a regular guest lecturer for the Union College Physician Assistant Program and co-teaches the head and neck trauma portion of the Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) course.
Todd enjoys playing guitar in a local band, spending time with his lovely wife and two sons, reading, horseback riding and cheering for the Huskers and the North Carolina State University Wolfpack.
He is bringing his special skill set to Innovative Pain and Spine Specialists and will begin scheduling patients in October 2018.
